-FIRST -Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Highly energetic and motivated
-Good communication skills
-Must be comfortable working in both team and individual situations
-Responsible and reliable
-Ability to multitask is a must
-Mature attitude and a strong work ethic are essential
-Punctual
-Must have open availability
-Previous Customer Service experience preferred

As the Service Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Providing optimum guest satisfaction and service
• Achieving daily sales projections
• Problem solving, and leading fellow staff by example
• Ensuring guest focus is your priority at all times
• Hiring of staff, ongoing training, motivating and development

We are looking for someone who has experience in the restaurant industry and wants to establish a career.
Someone who wants to learn and grow with a company, consistently striving to be better and achieve more

Minimum Requirements:
• 1-3 years Serving, Bartending or Managing in the industry
• Well Groomed and friendly outgoing disposition
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Natural ability to lead a team + Have a very positive Attitude
