Hi there. My name is Michelle and I have owned and operated my own painting company for over 8 years now. I am now hiring some painters because we ar expanding. Experience is not a must, but would be beneficial. We fully trained and are insured. You must have a behicle (no exceptions) because you need to get to the jobsite each day. The training starts Tuesday in Oakville (usually we work in Brampton/Mississauga/Oakville) if further you will be compensated for gas accordingly. The training hours will be from 10 - 5 and will be paid 10.00 an hour cash for the first training week which runs tuesday to friday. the following week the house will be from roughly 9 - 5 and you will be paid 12 an hour cash and this will continue until your 3 month period is up. After this you will be paid according to expereince. I do not expect you to be an expert in painting, but a willingness to learn is expected. You need to be able to lift at least 50 lbs, and be comfortable at least on a 5 foot ladder. You need to be in good physical condition and listen to insturctions. For the most part it is an easy going, fun job. You are guaranteed at least 35 hours a week minimum you can work more if needed as well.
