Good candidates for this position are leadership focused, are great with people and don’t want to spend their summer inside an office. Who you are and where you are going is more important than your previous management experience.



What we are looking for:

*full-time availability in summer

*ability to lead a crew of your fellow students

*English fluency (spoken and written)

*positive attitude, work ethic and results motivated

*Drivers licence and full time use of vehicle
